I’m feeling so uncomfortable in my own skin right now.
I keep stress eating and bingeing through my depression and anxiety and it’s just making it worse. At least I only have two weeks of uni left, then I can concentrate on eating well, exercising and taking care of myself.

This has been one of my favorite things to make for lunch, and it’s very simple;
Ingredients;
- Whole wheat tortilla
- The Laughing Cow light garlic and herb cheese wedge
- Turkey breast lunch meat
- Cucumber
Directions;
- Cut about 6 slices of the cucumber, then cut those slices into quaters
- Spread the cheese onto the tortilla
- Spread the cucumber slices on top
- Add 5-6 slices of turkey
- Slowly roll the tortilla
- Cut in half and enjoy!
Add a side of fruit, I usually have an orange, and pair it all with a glass of ice water!
