I’m feeling so uncomfortable in my own skin right now.

I keep stress eating and bingeing through my depression and anxiety and it’s just making it worse. At least I only have two weeks of uni left, then I can concentrate on eating well, exercising and taking care of myself.

Pounds to go and pounds lost! I have a long way to go but bring it on.

This has been one of my favorite things to make for lunch, and it’s very simple;
Ingredients;
Whole wheat tortilla
The Laughing Cow light garlic and herb cheese wedge
Turkey breast lunch meat
Cucumber 
Directions;
Cut about 6 slices of the cucumber, then cut those slices into quaters
Spread the cheese onto the tortilla
Spread the cucumber slices on top
Add 5-6 slices of turkey
Slowly roll the tortilla
Cut in half and enjoy!
Add a side of fruit, I usually have an orange, and pair it all with a glass of ice water!
